Wave’s Director of Security and IT Operations brings 30 years of IT experience across multiple disciplines. Trey believes that full stack understanding of business practices and IT infrastructure are necessary to provide the best integration of security controls to an organization without impeding business agility.
He leverages a holistic understanding of the interplay between technology, user behavior, and business needs to optimize security best practices and minimize risk. Trey most recently served as security operations manager for Rocketdollar.com. There, he helped with the transition to a serverless infrastructure and multiple security platform—enhancements that improved accountability, reduced risk, and assured confidentiality of sensitive financial information. He also served as a senior security/network/systems administrator with Experian Health where he was part of many large-scale security and infrastructure initiatives.
