Wave HDC welcomes veteran healthcare industry leader Brent Grimes as Revenue Cycle Management Executive, as Wave ramps up health system focus.

Wave HDC, an industry leader in translating healthcare data into cost savings and operational efficiencies for hospitals, laboratories, providers, and billing companies, has added healthcare revenue cycle management veteran Brent Grimes to its expanding team, leading the company’s hospital and health system portfolio.

Grimes will serve as Wave’s GM of Hospital, Physician, and Indigenous Health. He has served in multiple executive roles in healthcare RCM throughout his 35-year career. He brings a unique finance and operational skill set in government payer programs, denial management, physician relations, ICD-10, management, and managed care, having served most recently as executive vice president of Morgan Financial Group, and previously as VP of Clearinghouse at OliveAI and President at clearinghouse at Healthcare IP, after more than a decade as a revenue cycle leader at INTEGRIS Health. He holds an Administrative Health degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
